The driving force of the job
I am a strong advocate of problem solving and this is something I bring with me into the sales industry. Sales should be about solving people's problems. A key to success is, in my view, that everyone sees the goal and for me to be able to inspire cooperation and dedication.
I have worked as sales manager at a consulting company in system development and before that as account manager for a number of large customers at the same company.
Before I started my journey within sales, I worked as a consultant in project management and business change. I have a Master of Science in Engineering degree from Linköping University.
In my spare time, I usually meet with my family and friends. And when I can combine this with any of the family's ongoing renovation projects, efficiency is as its greatest.
