Terms of purchase for funka.com

The products or services you use from Funka are linked to our terms of purchase for both you and Funka's security.

1. Company information

For purchases made on this website, Funka Nu AB is responsible, with organization number 556596-4888 and address Centralplan 15, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden. For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see section no. 11.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor, excluding the VAT. The total cost of the purchase, including the VAT will be clearly shown before the order is finalized and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs.

3. Delivery

3.1. Funka’s live or time-specific educations

Each education is conducted on the day/time specified at the education’s purchase page. Payments are done in advance to reserve a spot for the participant. Participants attend their education session(s) at designated days and times. If the day/time of an education changes, Funka informs the purchaser about the new day/time of the education within 3 business days.

3.2. Funka’s Academy

Funka’s on-demand educations in Academy are online contents, which are delivered immediately upon purchase. The delivery happens in the form of providing the purchaser access to purchased digital content.

3.3. Funka’s Document Fixer

Funka’s document remediation services takes 10-15 days to deliver. Actual delivery time will vary between each order, depending on the content of the order, which are uploaded files by the purchaser, including document count, file type, language, and page count.

3.4. Funka’s audit services

Funka’s audit services take between one to six weeks to deliver, following the purchase. See the list below for applicable timeline for each audit type:

  • XX-Small audit: 1-2 weeks
  • X-Small audit: 2-3 weeks
  • Small audit: 2-3 weeks
  • Medium audit: 3-5 weeks
  • Large audit: 4-6 weeks

4. Shipping

All services (including audits and document remediation) and educations sold by Funka are delivered either as online content or as rendered services. No actual shipping for any physical goods takes place.

5. Cancellation

5.1. Funka’s live or time-specific educations or workshops

  1. Your registration is binding and you will be invoiced after the registration has been completed.
  2. If you want to cancel, you must do so in writing to Funka, via email to utbildning@funka.com
  3. If cancellation occurs 14 days before the start of the course, half the course fee will be refunded.
  4. If cancellation occurs later than 14 days before the start of the course, the course fee will not be refunded.
  5. Purchases may be transferred to other employees in your organisation, any changes must be notified in writing to Funka via email to utbildning@funka.com
  6. Funka has the right to cancel courses. In that case, the entire course fee will be refunded.

5.2. Funka’s Academy

Funka’s on-demand educations in Funka Academy are online content, which are delivered immediately upon purchase. Therefore, cancellation is not possible.

5.3. Funka’s Document Fixer

Complaints

If there is a defect in the product you ordered, or a negative experience in the service you received you should notify us by contacting support@funka.com within 7 days after you received the product / service. We will then inform you about how to proceed (the rules regarding complaints can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act).

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the time you as the buyer have received the product / service, in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and agreements outside business premises (SFS 2005: 59) unless the product is access to a certain content (such as educational videos) which is delivered immediately upon purchase or it is a service which is fully rendered before the right of withdrawal expires (such as attending an education event, for example, two days after the purchase). If you want to cancel your purchase, you will receive a full refund for the product / service.

Warranty

Since Funka doesn’t sell physical goods, no official warranty is provided for purchases. Yet, Funka is committed to providing an excellent level of service. So, if you have questions about your purchase, contact support@funka.com and we will gladly help you.

Payment

We demand payment for the content / service ordered at the time of the order.

Personal data and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal information. We store the information that is necessary to fulfil the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect, or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited, or deleted, which we do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act). We use Microsoft Azure as service as infrastructure to provide our services. All customer information is transferred and stored in an encrypted manner.

Eurekos

LMS

We use Eurekos as learning management system and as the infrastructure to educations Funka provides. All customer information is transferred and stored in an encrypted manner.
