Maya Sellon
Maya Sellon is an inclusive design and digital accessibility consultant with over 20 years of global experience working in digital technology, including more than 15 years specialising in accessibility and inclusive design. She spent over two decades working within an FTSE 100 organisation, collaborating across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. Maya works across commercial, cultural, and public-sector contexts, supporting organisations to design and deliver more inclusive digital experiences. Her work spans advisory and delivery roles, as well as writing and speaking on inclusive design and digital accessibility, with a focus on helping teams understand why accessibility matters and translate standards and intent into practice. She holds a Master of Science in Assistive Technology and Human Services from California State University, Northridge.
