Live Accessibility Audit for Web – Combined Testing and Education Session
Combined testing and training, Live analysis is suitable for organizations that already have good knowledge of accessibility, but want to ensure whether there are parts of the website that need improvement to meet legal requirements.
Funka’s independent expert analyzes your website and assesses how well it meets current legal requirements at an overall level. At the same time, you gain a deeper understanding of how the requirements should be interpreted and applied in practice.
How does the analysis work?
The analysis is carried out in real time during a scheduled meeting, where feedback is provided verbally, supported by a checklist based on legal requirements.
During the session, our expert reviews relevant requirements and highlights any issues. You get an explanation of why something is a problem, along with what needs to be done to fix it. The analysis also serves as a learning opportunity, helping you better understand how accessibility requirements are applied in practice. You can ask questions continuously throughout the session.
A checklist in our web service, including assessments for each legal requirement, is delivered in connection with the session.
Method
The methodology used in the review is the same as the one prescribed by the European Commission for supervisory authorities when conducting quantitative monitoring of accessibility under the Web Accessibility Directive.
This means Funka’s certified experts test the website against relevant requirements in EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 level AA.
When is live analysis suitable?
Live analysis is suitable when you:
- already work actively with accessibility
- want a quick overview of the current status
- need to verify how well your website meets legal requirement
- want to combine analysis with internal competence development
