Funka examines online banks
On behalf of the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency, Funka has examined and tested the five major Swedish banks from an accessibility perspective. In the examination we have tested the login procedure and to perform banking services, by way of expert evaluation and user tests. The checklists used are based on WCAG 2.0 and the user testing was made with persons with different disabilities.
The results show that there are both large and small problems with all major Swedish banks in relation to accessibility for persons with disabilities.
