Making MS PowerPoint and PDF documents accessible

Learn how to create accessible presentations so that everyone can access the content on an equal basis. We take a closer look at PowerPoint and the accessibility features it offers. The on-demand course is available today. Sign up for a live course session to expand your knowledge.

For whom?

The course is aimed at those who work with presentation documents, templates or are producers of presentations in PowerPoint. Whether you work in administration, marketing, sales or similar tasks, you need to know how to create accessible documents.

To get the most out of this course, we recommend that you first take the Introduction to creating accessible documents course.

About the course

During the course, you will not only learn the technical aspects of accessible document production in PowerPoint, but also how to think about navigation, graphic objects, animations, and colour and shape, to get the best possible foundation. We also go through complex applications such as accessibility control and reading orders in post-processing, in Adobe Acrobat Pro.

After completing the course, you will have the skills to build accessible documents directly from scratch in PowerPoint.

The course is based on Microsoft 365 in Windows. Some deviation may occur with functions for users who have Mac, and for those who have older versions of PowerPoint.
